You don't need another app. You need a system.
You've got years of work scattered across:
- Three notes apps, none of which talk to each other.
- A Dropbox full of final_v3_REAL.docx you'll never open again.
- Voice memos you recorded in the car and forgot the same day.
- An AI tool subscription that rewrites your sentences but doesn't know who you are.
- Interviews, press, journals, contracts — all of it somewhere, none of it searchable.
- A decade of Gmail, Facebook, ChatGPT, etc. — every conversation, decision, and breakthrough siloed in someone else's product.
- A founder doc, a deck, a board memo, and a Slack — the same idea explained four times because nothing remembers what you already wrote.
You need a system that turns your own archive into something you can think with.
In 4 weeks you leave with a working vault.
- A populated vault — your real sources, not demo data.
- A canon — the 30–100 pages that actually define your practice or your business.
- 14 AI skills wired to do the heavy lifting:
/ingest,/diarize,/emerge,/challenge,/council,/connect,/drift, and more. - A demo-day output the Studio buys — a memo, essay, framework, deck, research synthesis, product brief, or strategy doc your vault helped you produce. Not a hypothetical. A real artifact with a real first customer.
- A system that keeps working — no subscription, no lock-in, no one between you and your own archive.
One setup week, four build weeks, one demo day.
| Phase | Date | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| System Tour | Fri May 1 ✓ | Live walkthrough of the vault, the skills, the cohort frame. Recording + slides at the archive. |
| Setup week | May 1 – May 7 (in flight) | Clone the repo (or download ZIP) from github.com/mattymostudio/creator-system, install Obsidian + Claude Code, point Claude at the folder, type let's go. First sources in. |
| Week 1 | Fri May 8 | Kickoff. Foundations. /ingest on real material. Source notes start landing. |
| Week 2 | Fri May 15 | Build your canon. Source notes → canonical pages. Trust hierarchies. |
| Week 3 | Fri May 22 | Thinking tools. /emerge, /challenge, /connect, /council. |
| Week 4 | Fri May 29 | Ship something. Lock the artifact the Studio is going to buy. |
| Demo Day | Mon June 1 | Show what your vault learned + the output the Studio commissions. First customer, locked. |
Two live sessions every week — morning & evening MST. Same content, two times, so creatives in any time zone can make at least one. Active WhatsApp group for peer support between sessions. GitHub for the kit.
We become your first customer.
- ✓ Show up + ship something on Demo Day → the Studio buys it. Memo, essay, framework, deck, research synthesis, product brief, strategy doc — whatever your vault helped you produce.
- ✗ Drop out → we keep the deposit.
The kit is free forever. The cohort is the paid container — and the $1,000 isn't tuition, it's a purchase order. You commit by paying. We commit by buying. Skin in the game on both sides.
What "buy" means: the Studio acquires the right to use, publish, license, or commission further work on your artifact. You retain authorship. We become the proof someone in the world thought it was worth $1,000 — which is the only proof that matters when you tell the next customer the same price.
Why: a committed room with real money on both sides is the product. Nobody else in the AI-course world does this.
Creatives & entrepreneurs with archive debt.
- Musicians with 15 years of sessions, setlists, and press.
- Filmmakers with project files across six hard drives.
- Writers with decades of journals, drafts, and notebooks.
- Multi-disciplinary practitioners who can never find the right interview quote when they need it.
- Founders building in public — sales calls, customer notes, decks, strategy docs, board updates that should compound.
- Operators running studios, agencies, or holding companies whose value is their accumulated thinking.
- Advisors and consultants who sell what they know — and want what they know to be queryable.
- Solo entrepreneurs whose archive (DMs, voice notes, half-finished docs, customer transcripts) is actually the asset.
Not for: people looking for prompt-engineering tips, "AI for productivity" generalists, or anyone who wants a Notion template.
Matty Mo Studio — building the agent with you.
Matty Mo Studio is the working studio behind the system. The Creator System is the vault the studio runs every day — sources in, canon out, the same commands you'll learn. Built internally over a decade of campaigns, drops, partnerships, publications, and ventures. Open-sourced once the generalizable 80% stabilized.
The cohort is the studio walking you through it in real time — not lecturing, not grading. Guide, not teacher.
The next layer we're building: a cohort agent. A Claude Code agent connected to the WhatsApp that learns from your real questions, FAQs, install bugs, and feature requests — and gets composed live during the four weeks. You don't just take the cohort, you help shape what the next cohort gets. The first cohort always has more leverage than the second.
Show what you built.
Week 4 closes with a live showcase. Every cohort member presents two things:
- What your vault learned about you — one pattern, belief, or connection you didn't know was there.
- The artifact the Studio is buying — a new page, essay, proposal, framework, deck, research synthesis, product brief, or piece of work the system meaningfully helped produce.
Public (optional) or cohort-only. Your choice. The purchase order is the same either way.
Three steps. Late seats open until Kickoff May 8.
System Tour was May 1 — recording at the archive. Cohort is in flight. Reserve before Friday May 8 to start week 1 with everyone else.
$1,000 via Stripe. That's the purchase order — the Studio commits to commissioning your output, you commit to shipping it.
WhatsApp invite hits your inbox immediately. The kit is public at github.com/mattymostudio/creator-system — clone or download the ZIP, install Obsidian + Claude Code, point Claude at the folder, type let's go. First sources in by Kickoff.
Two live sessions/week (morning + evening MST). All recorded. WhatsApp with peers between sessions. Four weeks to Demo Day.
The usual questions.
Is the kit really free?
Yes. MIT-licensed, attribution appreciated not required. Public on GitHub right now: github.com/mattymostudio/creator-system. Clone it, fork it, run it solo. The cohort is a separate product — live guidance, the WhatsApp group with peers, and a real first-customer purchase order on Demo Day. Not gated knowledge.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need to know how to copy a folder and type in a terminal once. Claude Code does the rest.
What if I already use Obsidian / Notion / Logseq?
The kit is Obsidian-native. If you're on something else, you'll migrate or run both in parallel. Many people treat week 1 as the migration.
What does "the Studio buys my output" actually mean?
You ship a real artifact on Demo Day — memo, essay, framework, deck, research synthesis, product brief, whatever your vault helped you produce. The $1,000 is the purchase order. The Studio acquires the right to use, publish, license, or commission further work on it. You retain authorship. Most importantly: you now have proof someone in the world thought it was worth $1,000 — which is the only proof that matters when the second customer asks the price.
What's the application process?
Reserve your seat via Stripe. WhatsApp invite hits the email you provide at checkout within the hour. The kit is already public on GitHub — clone or download immediately, install Obsidian + Claude Code, point Claude at the folder, type let's go. Kickoff is Fri May 8; reserve by then to start week 1 with the cohort.
What's included vs. held back?
14 universal commands ship open-source. A handful of Studio-specific commands are held back for a future advanced pack — too tailored to be useful without the rest of the story.
Do I own the vault after?
Completely. Local files. No cloud required. No account to cancel. That's the point.
What if I can't make a live session?
Two sessions every week — one morning MST, one evening MST. Pick whichever fits, or attend both. All sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort. The May 1 System Tour recording is already up at the Cohort 01 archive (password gated). The WhatsApp covers async support between sessions.
What if I drop out?
The Studio keeps the deposit — it's the commitment device on your side. No partial refunds. If life happens and you genuinely can't continue, message me; we'll figure out a humane path (transfer to next cohort, etc.).
Will there be an AI agent in the WhatsApp?
Working on it. The plan is to build a Claude Code agent into the cohort WhatsApp during the four weeks — informed by your real questions, install bugs, and FAQs. You'll watch it get composed live and have direct say in what it learns. Cohort 02 inherits a battle-tested version. You shape it.
When's Cohort 02?
Dates after Demo Day (Mon June 1). Cohort 01 alumni get first access; the rest of the seats open after we've digested what worked / didn't from this run. Email or WhatsApp Matty to be on the list.
